The information collected depends on which Lost Realm features you choose to use.

Website account information may include:

• Account creation date

• Internal account identification information
• Information needed to keep your account signed in and secure

If you connect your Minecraft account, we may also store:

• Minecraft username
• Minecraft UUID
• Information used to link your Minecraft account to your website account
• Supported website information relating to your Minecraft profile

The Lost Realm may also store website-related information such as:

• Playtime
• Website profile information
• Website achievements
• Website quest information
• Website display ranks or titles
• Other information required for website features

Not every account will contain all of this information.

2. GOOGLE SIGN-IN

The Lost Realm allows users to sign in using Google.

If you choose Sign in with Google, Google may provide basic information needed to authenticate your account, such as:

• Your email address
• Your Google account identifier
• Basic profile information provided through Google Sign-In

The Lost Realm does NOT receive your Google password.

Your Google password is never stored by The Lost Realm.

Google information received by The Lost Realm is used only for authentication, account identification, and supported website account functionality.

The Lost Realm does not sell Google user data.

The Lost Realm does not use Google user data for advertising.

You may remove The Lost Realm's access to your Google account through your Google Account settings.

3. HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED

Information collected by The Lost Realm may be used to:

• Create and manage your Lost Realm account
• Sign you into the website
• Authenticate your identity
• Connect your Minecraft account
• Provide website account features
• Provide supported Minecraft-related website features
• Provide customer support
• Send account verification emails
• Send sign-in codes
• Send security notifications
• Process account changes
• Protect the website and its users
• Prevent abuse
• Diagnose technical problems
• Improve Lost Realm services
• Provide information that you specifically request

Your personal information is not used to create advertising profiles.

4. WHERE YOUR DATA GOES

Information shared with The Lost Realm is stored and processed in secure systems used to operate The Lost Realm.

Your information is NEVER sold.

Your personal information is NEVER provided to advertisers.

Your information is NEVER shared with unrelated companies for marketing or advertising purposes.

The Lost Realm does not sell personal information or use your account information as an advertising product.

Certain trusted service providers may process limited information when technically necessary to operate The Lost Realm.

These services may include:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, databases, security, serverless services, and email routing
• Google — Google Sign-In
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Tebex — store and payment services
• Discord — community services and supported account integrations

These services are used only where needed to provide Lost Realm functionality.

The Lost Realm does not provide your personal information to these services for unrelated advertising purposes.

5. PAYMENTS AND TEBEX

Purchases made through The Lost Realm store are handled through Tebex.

Tebex and its payment providers handle payment processing.

The Lost Realm does NOT directly store your full credit card or debit card information.

The Lost Realm website may receive information needed to provide purchased content or services, such as:

• Transaction identifiers
• Minecraft username
• Purchased package
• Purchase status
• Other information needed to provide the purchased item

Sensitive payment credentials such as your complete payment-card number are not stored by The Lost Realm website.

Payment processing, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and related financial activity may also be subject to Tebex's own terms and privacy policies.

6. EMAIL

The Lost Realm may use your email address for important services, including:

• Account verification
• Sign-in codes
• Security notifications
• Email address changes
• Requested account information
• Customer support
• Other essential account communications

The Lost Realm does not sell your email address to advertisers.

7. AI SUPPORT

Emails sent to:

may be processed by The Lost Realm AI Support Assistant.

The AI Support Assistant may answer common questions using information approved by The Lost Realm.

The AI Support Assistant is not intended to access:

• Tebex payment records
• Private transaction information
• Full payment information
• Passwords
• Private account credentials
• Information that has not been specifically made available to the support system

If the AI Support Assistant cannot safely answer a question, you may request a human operative.

Support messages may be stored as necessary to provide customer support and maintain the support system.

8. PLAYERS OF ALL AGES

The Lost Realm Minecraft server is intended for players of all ages.

Players of any age are welcome to enjoy The Lost Realm.

Website accounts are also intended to be available to Lost Realm players.

However, users should follow any laws that apply to them regarding online accounts and personal information.

If the laws where you live require permission from a parent or guardian before creating an online account or providing personal information, that permission should be obtained.

The Lost Realm does not intentionally request unnecessary sensitive personal information from children or other users.

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND ONLINE SAFETY

Never share personal information online or in unsafe public spaces.

You should avoid publicly sharing information such as:

• Your full legal name
• Home address
• Phone number
• Personal email addresses
• School information
• Financial information
• Passwords
• Verification codes
• Private account information
• Other information that could identify or endanger you

Never share your Lost Realm account information with anyone except yourself.

Never give another person or AI/bot your password, sign-in code, authentication information, or other private account credentials.

The Lost Realm staff will never need your password in order to provide normal support.

10. DATA SECURITY

The Lost Realm uses reasonable technical measures to protect website account information.

These may include:

• HTTPS encrypted connections
• Restricted administrative access
• Secure authentication systems
• Cloud-hosted databases
• Access controls
• Protected Worker secrets
• Security services provided by infrastructure providers

No online system can guarantee absolute security, but The Lost Realm takes reasonable measures to protect information stored by the website.

11. DELETING YOUR WEBSITE ACCOUNT OR INFORMATION

You may delete your Lost Realm website account or supported information stored through the website.

When you delete an account or information stored by The Lost Realm website, the deletion process is designed to remove that information from The Lost Realm's active website databases, website systems, and website services within approximately:

1–5 minutes.

Once deleted, website information may not be recoverable.

IMPORTANT:

Deleting your Lost Realm WEBSITE account does NOT reset or delete your Minecraft server progression.

Data stored directly by the Minecraft server cannot currently be reset through the website account-deletion system.

This means deleting your website account does not automatically delete or reset information such as Minecraft server progression or other data maintained directly by the game server.

The deletion system applies to supported WEBSITE data.

12. REQUESTING YOUR DATA

Where supported, The Lost Realm website may allow you to request information associated with your website account.

This may include account information stored by The Lost Realm website.

Available account tools may allow you to:

• View account information
• Request a copy of stored website account information
• Change your email address
• Manage supported account settings
• Connect or manage your Minecraft account
• Delete supported website information

13. DATA RETENTION

The Lost Realm keeps website information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate supported features, maintain account functionality, provide security, resolve technical issues, and provide requested services.

If you delete supported website data or your website account, the active website deletion process is designed to complete within approximately 1–5 minutes.

Minecraft server data is separate from website data and is not reset through the website deletion system.

14. DATA SHARING

The Lost Realm does not sell personal information.

The Lost Realm does not sell user data.

The Lost Realm does not sell email addresses.

The Lost Realm does not provide personal information to advertisers.

The Lost Realm does not use personal account information for third-party advertising.

Information may only be processed or disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

• Operate The Lost Realm
• Provide a feature you requested
• Authenticate your account
• Deliver email
• Process purchases through Tebex
• Protect users and services from abuse
• Maintain security
• Comply with applicable legal requirements

Service providers used to perform these functions are separate services and may maintain their own privacy policies.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Lost Realm may use third-party infrastructure and services to provide functionality.

These currently may include:

Cloudflare Used for website hosting, databases, security, Workers, and email-routing infrastructure.

Google Used for Google Sign-In and authentication.

Resend Used to deliver transactional emails.

Tebex Used to provide Lost Realm store and payment services.

Discord Used for The Lost Realm community and supported Discord functionality.

These providers may process limited information necessary to provide their respective services.

The Lost Realm does not provide them with personal information for unrelated advertising purposes.

16. ADVERTISING

The Lost Realm does not sell your information to advertisers.

The Lost Realm does not provide your account information to advertising companies for targeted advertising.

Your Lost Realm account information is intended to be used for Lost Realm functionality and services.

17. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

The Lost Realm may update this Privacy Policy as the website, Minecraft server, account system, store, support system, or other services change.

When significant changes are made, the Last Updated date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy will be updated.

Users should review this policy occasionally to remain informed about how Lost Realm services handle information.

18. LOST REALM STAFF AND YOUR INFORMATION

Regular Lost Realm staff members are not given access to private website account information, passwords, payment information, or other sensitive account data.

Staff access is limited according to their responsibilities.

Only specifically authorised administrators or support personnel may access limited information when it is reasonably necessary to operate the website, investigate a technical issue, respond to a support request, maintain security, or provide a service you requested.

Lost Realm staff will NEVER be given access to your:

• Account password
• Sign-in or verification codes
• Full payment-card information
• Private authentication credentials

Tebex payment information is handled through Tebex and its payment providers. Regular Lost Realm staff do not receive your complete payment information.

Support personnel may see information that you voluntarily send to support@thelostrealm.org when necessary to respond to your request.

Never send passwords, verification codes, payment-card information, or other sensitive credentials in a support email.

19. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your account, including keeping your passwords, sign-in codes, and authentication information private.

The Lost Realm cannot guarantee protection against account theft or compromise caused by circumstances outside of its reasonable control, including when account credentials are voluntarily shared with another person.
